Windows Mail Email Setup Print

For the instructions below, USERNAME is the first part of the email address you are adding.  Like info, sales, fred, sally, etc.

Anywhere you see YOUR_DOMAIN, replace it with your domain and extension. Like frammer.com, whistlebit.info, etc.

Open Windows Mail.

1. Click on the "Settings" button in the lower-left corner of the main window.
2. Select "Accounts" from the settings menu.
3. Click on the "Add account" button.
4. Enter your email address (USERNAME@YOUR_DOMAIN) and password (Use the email account’s password).
5. Enter the following information for the incoming and outgoing servers:
   • Incoming Server: mail.YOUR_DOMAIN Port: 995 Security: SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing Server: mail.YOUR_DOMAIN Port: 465 Security: SSL/TLS
6. Click "Sign in" to verify the account settings and finish setting up the account.
