For the instructions below, USERNAME is the first part of the email address you are adding. Like info, sales, fred, sally, etc.
Anywhere you see YOUR_DOMAIN, replace it with your domain and extension. Like frammer.com, whistlebit.info, etc.

Download and install Mailbird on your computer if you haven't already done so.

Open Mailbird and click on the "Add Account" button in the main window.

Enter your email address (USERNAME@YOUR_DOMAIN and password (Use the email account’s password).

In the next step, select the option to manually configure the server settings:

For the incoming server, enter "mail.YOUR_DOMAIN" and the port number "995". Make sure the security type is set to "SSL/TLS".

For the outgoing server, enter "mail.YOUR_DOMAIN" and the port number "465". Make sure the security type is set to "SSL/TLS".

Click the "Test Account" button to verify that the settings are correct and your account is set up correctly.

If the test is successful, click the "Save" button to save the account settings and start using Mailbird to manage your email.
